- Stay of 3 nights or less: 100% of the cost of the stay if cancelled less than 72 hours before the date of arrival.
- Stay of more than 3 nights: 100% of the cost of the stay if cancelled less than 14 days before the date of arrival.
- No-show: 100% of the total cost of the stay, including all services purchased at the time of booking, will be charged.
