While we wait for our edible forest to blossom and produce its first harvests, our permacultural kitchen garden already offers an abundance of fruit, vegetables and herbs. Grown with respect for natural cycles, they are transformed on site into detox juices, homemade jams, tarts and delicious cakes, for an authentic, local taste experience.
