Nestled in a green setting in Bidart, just a few minutes from Biarritz, the Manoir du Domaine de Bassilour is an exceptional residence, steeped in history and imbued with elegance. Built in 1870 by Bertrand Darthayet, who had returned from Mexico, it was embellished in the early XXᵉ century by his daughter Nathalie Légasse and her husband. At the time, it even welcomed Queen Nathalie of Serbia, who came to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Basque countryside.
Today, this carefully restored manor house of character combines heritage, refinement and modern comfort, offering an exceptional stay in the Basque country, under the sign of slow tourism and absolute relaxation.
