In the early hours of the morning, the smell of freshly baked croissants wafts through the kitchen… It’s the perfect way to wake up to a healthy appetite!
At the Domaine de Bassilour, every element of our breakfast is designed to offer a varied, delicious morning experience that reflects the authenticity of our region.
We make delicious jams for your toast on the premises, with homemade bread and various cakes based on the specialities of the different members of the team.
Charcuterie, cheeses, homemade cakes, homemade bread, hot croissants, cereals, mueslis, dried fruit… Sweet, savoury, there’s something for everyone: a great way to start the day!
We work with local producers: The coffee is roasted in Saint Jean de Luz. The yoghurt comes from a small farm not far from the Domaine. The orange juice is home-squeezed. As for the detox juice, it varies according to the season and our permaculture harvest.

PRICES: €17/person buffet (€8 for children under 6). 19€/person for room service.
TIMETABLE: 8.30am to 10.30am.
For early risers, we will be delighted to provide breakfast in your mini-bar if the normal times do not suit you. Please let reception know before 6.00 pm.

Pour rendre votre petit-déjeuner encore plus savoureux et sur-mesure, nous mettons à votre disposition un cuiseur à œufs vapeur. Chaque matin, vous pourrez cuire vos œufs exactement comme vous les aimez : mollets, durs, à la coque, selon vos envies.
Nous sélectionnons des œufs frais et locaux, en cohérence avec notre philosophie « fait maison » et durable.
Cette petite attention permet à chacun de personnaliser son petit-déjeuner, tout en profitant d’un moment tranquille et convivial, dans l’esprit paisible et authentique du Domaine!
