Cooking classes, aka Team cooking at the Hotel Domaine de Bassilour are made for cooking and gratinating original and tasty recipes in a small team!
This friendly activity brings together your desires, your ideas and the know-how of a Chef in the equipped and privatized kitchen, for the occasion, of the Bassilour Farm. A charming supervised, playful and interactive activity where you will cook… and taste!

Wine & Cheese Evening
With a sommelier, you will discover flavors, the vocabulary of tasting, the evaluation of a wine, conservation and table service. Presentation, discovery and tasting of the different families of cheeses. Price 50€/person.
Time for snack or dessert!
Cooking class and tasting of a real “Gâteau Basque” accompanied by hot drinks or sweet wine, perfect for a snack or to complement a cheese and wine evening. Price 35-45/person. (on reservation 15 people minimum)
Plancha Party
In a friendly atmosphere, prepare and taste an assortment of “pintxos”. From the starter to the dessert, everything is cooked on the “plancha”. Price €95/person (15 people minimum).
Team Cooking
Learn the essential techniques and practical tricks of the kitchen by participating in Team cooking. With the chef prepare and enjoy a real gourmet meal. Price €95/person (15 people minimum).
